Our Office Policies

We look forward to your telehealth consultation. We will contact you a few days prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment date and time and pre-register your demographic information. Information may be sent to you in an effort to streamline the check-in process and answer any questions you may have regarding your telehealth visit.

Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice by calling 832-460-5632. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.

In an emergency, please seek immediate assistance by calling 9 1 1.
